•    Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. 
•    Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.
•    Collect business needs from operations, risk, and fraud teams to translate them into Agile user stories and functional specifications.
•    Support migration projects to modern payment protocols, such as SWIFT ISO 20022 standards, FedNow, or Real-Time Payments (RTP).
•    Map payment data structures, validating request-response payloads, APIs, and complex transaction messaging flows.
•    Partner with cyber, fraud, legal, and compliance teams to integrate anti-money laundering (AML) and Sanctions screening controls into payment pipelines.
•    Define strict acceptance criteria, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and triage production defects.
•    High-level understanding of domestic and international payment processing (e.g., ACH, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA, SWIFT).
•    Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, Jira/Confluence for Agile project management, and tools like Visio for message flow mapping.
•    Knowledge of global banking compliance standards and transactional risk mitigation.
•    Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
•    Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
•    Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
•    Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
•    Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
•    Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology reports, dashboards, or other outputs.
•    Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
•    Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
•    Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.
•    Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs.
•    Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
•    Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.
•    Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
•    Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
•    Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
•    Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
•    Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.

All the responsibilities mentioned above are in line with the professional background and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Analytics or Bachelor of Engineering in any stream or relevant higher degree education and experience equivalent are minimum requirements for this position.
