Job DescriptionIn this role, you will install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems in commercial environments. Systems may include security, audio/video, telecommunications equipment, and other low voltage devices.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Install and program security, audio/video, and telecommunications systems
- Troubleshoot wiring, terminations, and connectivity issues
- Ensure work complies with local and national electrical codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Provide professional customer service on job sites
Requirements- High school diploma or GED (associate degree or technical certification preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial low voltage or electrical systems
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
