- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and context management.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, API-driven solutions leveraging modern technology stacks and Generative AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern technology stacks. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or others depending on the specialization.
- Develop and integrate APIs for Gen AI orchestration and data analytics workflows.
- Integrate popular Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, PaLM 2, Dolly, Claude 2, Cohere, etc., via API endpoints.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques and implement LLM agents (e.g., LangChain).
- Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS for advanced AI solutions.
- Conduct rapid experiments to evaluate new LLM versions and features.
- Collaborate with Gen AI leads and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform basic data engineering tasks to load structured and unstructured data from source systems to target data stores.
- Debug and troubleshoot software or design issues effectively.
- Required Qualifications:
