Automation tester with Insurance background (locals only)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 2–6+ years of QA/Automation Testing experience (adjust based on role level).

• Strong experience in automation tools such as:

  • Selenium WebDriver

  • Cucumber / BDD frameworks

  • TestNG / JUnit

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java / Python / C#.

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.

• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, QC/ALM, Zephyr, etc.

• Understanding of Insurance domain concepts (preferred):

  • Life insurance policies, underwriting, claims, policy servicing.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data across databases.

• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
