OT Systems Manager

Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an OT Systems Manager to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits onsite daily in Birmingham, AL.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead data integration efforts across a large portfolio of enterprise applications (~25+ systems), ensuring seamless data flow between platforms
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL, APIs, and modern data integration tools
• Perform system automation and scripting (PowerShell or similar) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Provide application administration and support, including system upgrades, troubleshooting, workflow enhancements, and performance optimization
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions and ensure data integrity across systems
• Assist with enterprise system oversight, including occasional support of asset management and GIS platforms
• Contribute to vendor interactions, licensing optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives, including emerging AI-driven integrations

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL (complex queries, joins, data manipulation, ETL, and integration work)
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Proven experience managing or supporting enterprise-level applications, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and integrations across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of data architecture, system interoperability, and automation best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
• Experience working in environments with multiple interconnected systems (ERP, GIS, asset management, or similar) is highly preferred
• Ability to think strategically, document processes, and contribute to long-term system and data initiatives
