RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and refine processes based on feedback from HRIS and end-users.
• Perform detailed analysis, planning, and requirements definition for new PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
• Develop functional architectures and models to meet evolving business requirements.
• Conduct process improvement reviews, analyzing system functionality, operations, logistics, and personnel needs.
• Map business processes to corresponding PeopleSoft functionalities.
• Participate in testing of new functionalities, including end-to-end testing and system integration testing.
• Write complex DML and DQL SQL scripts for database queries.
• Run weekly reports / ad hoc (HQ Budget)
• Troubleshooting
• create job descriptions and templates to support the application
• Prepare job aids and define site management roles for Jetdocs
• Work on enhancements with Jetdocs External Team
• Changes / Reconfiguration to job templates
• Offer ad-hoc assistance for complex issues post-transition
Preferred
Expertise in JETDOCS Pro (Jetdocs Inc.) or similar ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is required.
