Program Manager SAP Technical | S/4HANA Transformation - 67292

Pay Rate: $75- $78/hr

We have an immediate need for a Program Manager SAP Technical | S/4HANA based in Durham, NC 27703, USA. This is a remote role with willingness to travel as per client or project requirements, supporting large-scale, global SAP transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will lead complex SAP programs with a strong focus on Oracle to SAP S/4HANA migrations, global rollouts, and upgrades across multiple geographies and vendors. You will own end-to-end program governance, client-facing delivery, and cross-partner orchestration to ensure value realization. The role requires establishing and running tiered governance forums, maintaining an integrated master plan across vendors, managing dependencies and critical paths, and ensuring full traceability from requirements through design, build, testing, and go-live. You will oversee Fit-to-Standard workshops, design authority, change control, test governance, data migration strategy, cutover planning, and post-go-live readiness, while ensuring performance, scalability, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate will have strong program management expertise with deep exposure to SAP S/4HANA across Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain domains, along with integrations using SAP CPI and BTP. Experience leading global Oracle to SAP transformation programs, managing multiple implementation partners, and driving governance, quality gates, and delivery excellence is essential. The role demands strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision facilitation skills, along with hands-on leadership in data migration, testing, cutover, and risk management. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and enterprise-scale transformation governance is expected.
