Summary
As a Developer Intern- Hybrid Dallas, TX, you will support software development efforts by assisting with coding, testing, and application enhancements across various projects. You'll work with technologies such as Java, C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL, and modern development tools like Visual Studio and Git. This role offers hands on experience with object oriented programming, REST API development, MVC frameworks, web technologies, and key components of the SDLC. You'll contribute to the team through strong problem solving, collaboration, and a willingness to learn.
Your role in our mission
Assist in developing and maintaining applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Java, and related frameworks.
Support API development, debugging, and testing activities across the software development lifecycle.
Work with SQL databases to perform basic CRUD operations and support data driven features.
Contribute to front end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular concepts.
Help build and deploy applications using tools such as Visual Studio, Git, Gradle, and SAP BOBJ.
Participate in team reviews, sprint activities, and documentation updates to ensure code quality and process alignment.
What we're looking for
Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.
Basic understanding of C#, object oriented programming, .NET/.NET Core, and Visual Studio/VS Code.
Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, API development, REST principles, and MVC frameworks.
Working knowledge of SQL, databases, Entity Framework, and general SDLC concepts.
Exposure to Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern development practices including Git and debugging.
Strong problem solving ability, communication skills, teamwork, and eagerness to learn in a fast paced environment.
What you should expect in this role
Paid Summer Internship - $20.00 per hour. Timeline: May 19, 2026 - August 8, 2026 (12-week program, 40 hours per week).
Hybrid opportunity in El Paso, TX - Candidate must reside in the Dallas area and vicinity (30 miles around).

The pay range for this position is $31,200.00 - $37,450.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
