Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum) IV (Contractor)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies. In this long-term contract role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this position offers an exciting opportunity to drive successful project outcomes while fostering innovation.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Agile-based projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance, addressing challenges proactively.
Foster collaboration among team members and across departments to ensure seamless communication.
Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
Support continuous improvement efforts within project teams by analyzing outcomes and implementing best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Agile principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong ability to lead teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Agile principles and practices to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
