Role	Senior Veeva CRM Administrator
Location	Onsite 3 days/week Chadds Ford, PA
Duration	12+ Months Contract
Interview	Video Interview
Note	Must be willing to work onsite 3 days/week. Strong 5+ Veeva CRM + Vault experience + Salesforce is mandatory. Life Sciences domain strongly preferred. Certified Veeva CRM Administrator is highly valued

Core Technical Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Veeva CRM Administration experience
Strong experience configuring CRM modules, workflows, and user access (profiles, roles, territories)
Strong knowledge of CRM platform data structure and system configuration
Experience supporting CRM users (Sales, Marketing, Medical / Field Teams)
Experience maintaining CRM data quality, reporting, and dashboards
Experience troubleshooting system and data issues
Experience managing system releases, testing, and deployments
Strong database fundamentals and data integrity practices
Experience developing interactive dashboards and workflows using industry-standard HTML, JavaScript, and the Veeva JavaScript libraries.

Compliance & Industry Knowledge

Understanding of regulated environments and compliance frameworks such as:

HIPAA
GxP
21 CFR Part 11
