Servicenow Consultant

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior/Principal ServiceNow Technical Consultant or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) with strong expertise in IRM, Risk, GRC, and ServiceNow implementations.
• This is a 99% advisory/consulting role, not a developer or team lead position.
• Candidates must have strong consulting experience, preferably within a ServiceNow consulting environment, along with excellent customer-facing, presentation, and solution advisory skills.
• The interview process will include two rounds of presentation-based interviews, and candidates must be comfortable developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong Risk/IRM experience is the priority. AI experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a senior technical consultant and trusted advisor during customer engagements

• Work with Business Process Consultants (BPCs) to assess feasibility and determine appropriate ServiceNow solutions

• Review customer workflows and provide recommendations for solution design and implementation

• Provide technical direction to implementation teams and manage technical resources and timelines

• Guide customers toward ServiceNow best practices, emphasizing configuration over customization

• Participate in workshops involving process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and current/future-state gap analysis

• Work directly with customer sponsors and stakeholders across IRM, Risk, GRC, and related domains

• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and implementation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with a strong focus on IRM, Risk, Security Operations, GRC, or related modules

• Mandatory consulting experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in a consulting environment

• Strong experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including:

  • Risk Management

  • Policy & Compliance Management

  • Audit Management

  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)

  • Vendor Risk Management / Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

• SecOps experience, including Security Execution

• Experience with Risk Oversight and Governance

• Experience with Now Assist

• Experience with AI Control Tower (AICT) preferred

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, with a focus on configuration over customization

• Strong customer-facing communication and PowerPoint presentation skills

Mandatory Certifications:

Candidates must have all three active certifications:

• CSA – Certified System Administrator

• CAD – Certified Application Developer

• At least one CIS certification, preferably CIS-SecOps, CIS-Risk, or CIS-IRM

For CTA-level candidates, they should have either:

• ServiceNow CTA certification, or

• The above requirements plus two CIS certifications, along with strong architect-level experience within a ServiceNow consulting environment

Preferred Skills:

• ITOM experience

• Additional ServiceNow AI / Now Assist / AI Control Tower experience
