Role: Oracle EBS/Financials Developer
Location: Richmond, VA (Initially onsite; hybrid after the ramp-up period)
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extensions

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, optimize, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle E-Business Suite Financials (R12).
Support and enhance core financial modules AP, AR, GL, Purchasing, Inventory and related custom processes.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and implement new functionality.
Develop and maintain PL/SQL code, triggers, functions, and reports using Oracle tools (TOAD, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher).
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance problems, and data discrepancies.
Manage data migration and integrations (APIs, Web Services, flat files).
Ensure adherence to secure coding, change management, and governance standards.
Coordinate updates with DBAs and infrastructure teams to maintain reliable performance.
Participate in project planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials development experience.
Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher.
Strong understanding of Financials modules AP, AR, GL, PO, and INV.
Experience with large-scale system integrations and EBS APIs (OA Framework, Web ADI a plus).
Skilled in data migration, interface design, and external system integrations.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and deliver compliant technical solutions.
