Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring Agile delivery remains aligned with production, operations, and business priorities.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.

Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and IT teams to align Agile delivery with plant and business priorities.

Promote effective Scrum processes that support efficient, predictable, and transparent sprint execution.

Identify, manage, and remove impediments that may impact team progress.

Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.

Track and communicate Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and team performance.

Facilitate collaboration and effective communication across business and technical teams.

Bridge communication between plant-floor business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities to improve team processes, delivery practices, and overall Agile maturity.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, or similar Agile delivery role.

Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or other production-driven environments.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint execution, backlog management, and team coaching.

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments while balancing Agile practices with real-world manufacturing and operational priorities.

Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project-management tools.

Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.

The client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can manage Agile delivery teams in a manufacturing environment, coordinate with plant operations and IT teams, remove blockers, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and predictably.

This is not just a Scrum ceremony facilitator role. The client wants someone who understands both Agile project delivery and real-world manufacturing operations.
