Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location: San Jose, California (Need local)
Contract Role

Experience: 12+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise HR Technology implementations.

Core Skill: Demonstrated hands-on experience specifying, configuring, or analyzing apps built on Workday Extend.

Payroll & HR Domain: Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Workday Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) integrations, and offboarding administration.

Analytical Skills: Advanced workflow diagramming, interface mapping, UAT management, and cross-functional user engagement skills.
