Senior Technical Project Manager

Introduction

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing moderate to complex business solutions. This role involves supporting a Technical Project Manager for a data engineering project with an AI adoption program, managing cross-functional coordination, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment between business, engineering, and AI stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects or programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments.
• Manage data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Oversee business intelligence, big data, and analytics projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Support healthcare data initiatives and standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7.
• Utilize SQL and database technologies for project planning and issue resolution.
• Translate complex technical concepts for business and executive audiences.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and project timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business partners.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Handle project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Create and maintain project plans, charters, schedules, and lessons learned.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of cloud platforms, data systems, and enterprise applications.
