You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, plan testing activities, identify defects, and deliver reliable software. Key Responsibilities * Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for functional testing. * Verify that application features meet business and technical requirements, and identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues. * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and provide timely feedback on software changes. * Analyze test results, document findings, and work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. * Create and execute API test plans and test cases to validate API functionality, performance, and security. * Use API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI, and maintain thorough coverage of API endpoints and clear test documentation. * Participate in code reviews from a quality-assurance perspective and promote compliance with QA standards and best practices. * Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and QA methodologies to enhance product quality. * Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly to team members and stakeholders. * Mentor and guide junior QA engineers as needed, and contribute effectively both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Qualifications * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. * Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. * Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage priorities, collaborate across teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
