Description Our customer is seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Endpoint Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users addressing a variety of hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and operating system problems. Supporting Intune as well as experience scripting would be ideal. Manage and resolve IT tickets that require physical intervention or on-site support.
