Job Description:
Must-have skills:
SAP MDG, S/4 HANA, ABAP
Years of experience required for each skill? 8+ Yrs
Responsibilities:
1. Provide production support for SAP MDG processes covering Material Master and Business Partner master data, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and data-related issues.
2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve MDG workflow, validation, BRF+, and change request issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending sustainable solutions.
3. Support and enhance SAP MDG custom developments, collaborating with technical teams on ABAP programs, workflows, data models, enhancements, BADIs, and interfaces.
4. Maintain and support SAP Fiori applications related to MDG, including issue resolution, catalog/role validation, user access support, and usability improvements.
5. Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for MDG enhancements, data replication processes (DRF), and system changes, while supporting UAT and production deployments.
6. Partner with business users, data stewards, and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure master data quality, governance compliance, process improvements, user training, and documentation updates.
