Overview
Our client is seeking a Customer Operations Automation Developer to design, develop, and support SharePoint and Power Platform solutions aimed at automating and streamlining customer support operations. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including the creation of applications and workflows for intake, routing, approvals, and exception handling. The developer will be responsible for ensuring high performance, usability, and data integrity while maintaining resilient automations that reduce manual effort and support continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate flows to enhance operational efficiency.
Architect SharePoint data structures and solutions to ensure strong performance and data integrity.
Translate business requirements and stakeholder feedback into technical solution designs and automation engineering.
Manage the integration, security, and governance of solutions, including the implementation of role-based access.
Enforce platform standards and support deployments through structured lifecycle management.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for several existing tools.
Collaborate within a team environment to kick off and execute new automation projects.
Maintain reliable, well-documented automations to support long-term scalability
Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong technical proficiency in Power Platform development, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate.
Expertise in SharePoint Data and Solution Architecture.
Proven experience in solution design and automation engineering.
Demonstrated ability to collect feedback and develop/test solutions independently.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset.
Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Business Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
