PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Team

We are hiring multiple PeopleSoft professionals to support implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production support initiatives. Opportunities are available for Lead, Consultant, and Administrator-level professionals across PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, FSCM, and PeopleSoft administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support PeopleSoft implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and AMS/production support activities.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and develop functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and FSCM modules.
• Develop and support PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interface, File Layouts, and AWE.
• Build and maintain integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party interfaces.
• Develop reports using BI Publisher, PS Query, SQR, and nVision.
• Support PeopleTools upgrades, PUM updates, patching, retrofits, migrations, testing, and production deployments.
• Resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Administer PeopleSoft environments, including Application Server, WebLogic, Process Scheduler, Integration Gateway, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, security, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders.

• PeopleSoft: PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interface, Integration Broker, AWE, Fluid UI, PUM, Change Assistant, DPK, Data Mover, and ADS.
• Functional Areas:
  • HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Workforce Administration
  • FSCM: GL, AP, AR, Billing, Asset Management, Purchasing, eProcurement, Expenses, and Project Costing
• Reporting & Database: BI Publisher, PS Query, SQR, nVision, SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning.
• Administration: PSADMIN, Tuxedo, WebLogic, Process Scheduler, Integration Gateway, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, LDAP/SSO, security administration, backup and recovery.

Good to Have

OCI, AWS, Azure, DevOps/CI-CD, Git, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, ELK/Kibana, and automation tools.

Experience

• PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Lead: 10+ years of PeopleSoft experience with strong delivery and team leadership experience.
• HCM/Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant: 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll experience.
• FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant: 7+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM techno-functional experience.
• PeopleSoft Administrator: 6+ years of PeopleSoft application administration experience.
