Based in a fully onsite setting, you'll oversee vendor management, project coordination, and financial oversight. Your role will also involve using various technology systems to improve internal communications and drive process improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure smooth onboarding, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Oversee the integration and management of tools and systems for efficient team collaboration.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Manage financial approvals and track budgets related to projects and vendor relationships.
• Develop strategies to enhance internal communications and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management or operations with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial tracking and budget management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new tools.
