Background: Our client is currently operating on SAP S/4HANA and is seeking an experienced SAP RAR Consultant to support ongoing enhancements within their revenue recognition processes. The team is looking to improve and optimize existing RAR configurations and business processes to ensure alignment with financial reporting requirements and best practices.

Project: The consultant will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to evaluate current SAP RAR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements within the S/4HANA environment. Responsibilities include reviewing revenue recognition flows, refining configuration, supporting process optimization initiatives, and ensuring integrations with upstream modules are functioning efficiently.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting)
Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
Background in revenue recognition, financial reporting, and IFRS 15 / ASC 606 compliance
Ability to analyze and improve existing business processes and system configurations
Experience collaborating with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
