Job Overview:
Lead cross-functional CRM strategy, architecture governance, innovation initiatives, and execution oversight across Commercial Delivery Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive enterprise CRM strategy, innovation roadmap, and architectural governance across multiple business workstreams.
Partner with Abbott leadership to define technology direction, standards, best practices, and modernization initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, AI, Mobile, Data, and Integration domains.

Provide technical leadership, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level communications.
