Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to lead firm-wide training initiatives that support attorneys and professional staff across multiple U.S. offices.

Summary:
This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing technology training programs that promote digital proficiency, continuous learning, and effective use of enterprise tools and resources. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strong instructional design skills, and experience working in a professional services or legal environment. This position plays a key role in improving technology adoption, supporting new technology rollouts, and ensuring staff are equipped to leverage firm systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver onboarding and ongoing technology training for attorneys and professional staff through instructor-led sessions, virtual training, eLearning, and one-on-one coaching
* Manage and mentor a training team, including scheduling, workload delegation, performance oversight, and program coordination
* Design and maintain training curriculum, learning materials, job aids, and instructional resources that support firm technology platforms
* Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop training aligned with technology initiatives, system upgrades, and new tool adoption
* Support technology rollouts by creating user training, communications, and adoption strategies
* Maintain a centralized knowledge base including guides, instructional videos, and training documentation
* Track training effectiveness through feedback, participation metrics, and learning assessments to continuously improve programs
* Coordinate training requests and manage training schedules across offices and departments
* Identify gaps in technology proficiency and develop targeted training solutions
* Travel occasionally to support training initiatives and technology implementations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5+ years of technology training experience within a law firm or professional services environment
* Experience with legal technology platforms such as document management, comparison tools, financial systems, e-signature solutions, dictation tools, and docketing systems
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
* Experience with learning management systems and instructional design tools
* Strong presentation, communication, and content development skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
