JD:

We are seeking a backend-focused Integration Developer with strong experience in Python (Django) and PostgreSQL. The role involves building and maintaining the integration layer, designing data sync mechanisms, and ensuring smooth communication between systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and APIs using Python/Django.
• Design and maintain the integration layer for internal & external systems.
• Build and optimise PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and data workflows.
• Implement data sync strategies (real-time/batch), including mapping and conflict handling.
• Ensure backend performance, reliability, and clean integration practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Python, Django/Django REST Framework.
• Solid SQL skills and hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL.
• Experience building API integrations (REST, JSON).
• Understanding of data sync, ETL, or integration patterns.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Front-end knowledge of ReactJS would be helpful.
