The co-op will be part of a team of dedicated engineers and technicians that support production through innovative thinking and design solutions for manufacturing.
Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run May/June- December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).What You Will Do:- Work alongside experienced Industrial Engineers
- Implement improvements in the production cell (fixtures, shadowboards etc.)
- Help manage projects such as floor layout changes
- Data analysis including manufacturing lead time, time studies and utilization
What You Will Learn:- Tools and methodologies such lean principles, value stream mapping and cell design
- Conducting time and motion studies to evaluate resource utilization and performance.
- Proficiency in software tools like AutoCad and SolidWorks.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
