RF/Microwave Engineer (Active Secret)

Responsibilities

• Support the development and production of RF/microwave hardware for high-reliability defense systems.
• Troubleshoot RF hardware, resolve integration issues, and support manufacturing and production activities.
• Perform RF testing, validation, product qualification, and technical investigations using RF/microwave test equipment.
• Lead failure investigations, perform root cause analysis, and prepare technical documentation, schematics, specifications, and test reports.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Systems, Circuit Design, Manufacturing, and Test Engineering teams while providing technical support to internal stakeholders and customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
• Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory).
• 5+ years of RF/Microwave Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting RF hardware in production or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with RF/microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Defense or DoD programs.
• RF design and defense electronics.
• Experience with antennas, transmitters, receivers, LNAs, HPAs, mixers, RF switches, and frequency generation/conversion circuits.
• Microelectronics assembly, hardware integration, customer technical presentations, and failure/root cause investigations.
