Description:-
Work is primarily backend-focused and may include backend services, APIs, microservices, features/components, production support, and systems tied to revenue or supply chain.
Environment is high-performance and relationship-focused; engineers need to communicate well with both technical and business stakeholders.
Talent coming from companies such as Meta, Amazon, and Google has helped raise the performance bar.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field.
- Strong backend engineering experience.
- API/service development experience.
- Strong communication and ability to articulate ideas.
- Ability to clearly explain personal ownership, technical decisions, and measurable impact.
- Curiosity around AI-assisted development.
- Several strong project/experience stories they can defend in depth.
Strong Nice-to-Haves
- Java / Spring Boot, C++, C#, Python, or Node.
- Microservices.
- DevOps / CI/CD.
- Kubernetes / Docker.
- Enterprise/business-facing systems experience.
- AI-assisted development experience.
- Longer-term employment history demonstrating commitment.
