Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead 2nd shift operations on a large-scale hospitality development downtown Chicago.

This role offers the chance to:

Lead and mentor a team of 5+ project engineers and support staff
Take ownership of critical scopes on a multi-billion-dollar urban development
Work alongside top-tier leadership on a landmark, career-defining project
Be a key decision-maker in field coordination, subcontractor management, and schedule execution

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Oversee all 2nd shift construction operations (3 PM - 11 PM)
Manage and lead a team of 5+, driving accountability and performance
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field operations to maintain schedule and quality
Partner with Superintendents and Executive Leadership on daily execution strategy
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards
Track progress, mitigate risk, and proactively solve field challenges
Drive schedule milestones on a fast-track, high-visibility project
