- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Salesforce Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components (Lightning)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Salesforce Flows and Automation
Salesforce Expertise
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform limits (Governor Limits).
- Salesforce Data Model, Sharing Model, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets.
- FLS, CRUD Security, Security Best Practices.
- Experience with Community/Experience Cloud implementation and customization.
Integration Skills
- REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Salesforce integration with enterprise applications.
- Experience with Boomi or similar iPaaS solutions.
- SSO implementation using OKTA.
- Knowledge of OAuth authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ preferred.
API & Event-Driven Architecture
- API governance using APIGEE.
- Event-driven integration using Kafka.
- Design of secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant integrations.
DevOps & Delivery
- Experience with GitHub and version control.
- Azure DevOps (ADO) / Jira for Agile delivery.
- CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Code reviews, code governance, and release management.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical estimation and sprint planning support.
- Mentor developers and enforce development standards.
- Drive production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Compliance & Domain Experience
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences environments.
- Understanding of HIPAA and enterprise security standards.
