Seeking a Senior ServiceNow IRM Consultant to lead an enterprise Risk Management & GRC relaunch for a large enterprise client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive and business stakeholder workshops
- Design enterprise risk taxonomy, control libraries, and KRI frameworks
- Define risk appetite, thresholds, notifications, and escalation workflows
- Translate business requirements into configuration-ready ServiceNow IRM specifications
- Assess and rationalize existing risks and controls
- Develop risk, control, and KRI reference libraries
- Coach internal client teams and support knowledge transfer.
Required Experience:
- Strong Enterprise Risk Management / GRC consulting experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow IRM experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and risk/control frameworks.
- Experience designing KRIs, thresholds, risk appetite, and reporting.
- Executive-level workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Experience relaunching or improving existing GRC/IRM environments.
