job summary:
The IT Project Manager (PM) Principal is accountable for the execution of complex Information Technology (IT) projects with high level of risk and complexity, and the execution of IT programs of high degree of complexity. The PM Principal employs their skills, talents, and knowledge of project management frameworks (Scrum/Agile is the preferred methodology for the Cloud Engineering role) to assure high quality products are delivered while optimizing the cost and delivery of value. The PM Principal maintains complete transparency on the current state of the project or program, and maintains complete transparency on the forecast cost and delivery. The PM Principal enables stakeholders to make good business decisions based on project and program transparency. As necessary, the PM Principal provides a high degree of coaching to project team members on the art of project execution as it pertains to the project management framework being utilized, and can coach highly dysfunctional teams to a state of normal function. The PM Principal enables and promotes team level continuous improvement activities that increase quality and optimize delivery of value.

responsibilities:
1) Verify project scope and determine methods of managing and controlling for highly complex projects and programs.
2) Plan, estimate, schedule and trend the project.
3) Estimate, budget and control project cost.
4) Develop, implement and manage quality assurance programs.
5) Identify and manage project risk.
6) Develop and manage procurement plans for highly complex projects and programs.
7) Manage Programs.8) Directs team members on project management skills and techniques.
9) Ensures team collaboration, as required, via coaching and development of team members.
10) Serves as program manager of highly complex programs including the supervision of sub-team project managers.
11) Designs structure of highly complex programs through sub-project formation.
qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Specific to the Cloud Engineering position:
2 years prior experience with Cloud (more is a bonus)
Minimum 2 years' experience with at least one of listed Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google)
2 years prior experience as an Agile Scrum Master in addition to general requirements below
5 years + of creating and presenting updates to all levels in the company
Individual must have excellent verbal and written skills
Individual must be able to pivot and coach team members, sponsors with limited exposure to Scrum/Agile practices
Education requirements are listed below:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, OR Associate's degree with 2 years of related technical/project management experience.OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related business or technical/project management experience.
Work Experience requirement listed below:Minimum 8 years (in addition to any educational experience in lieu of degree as identified above) IT and Business combined experience including work in one or more of these areas: project management, Agile Framework, major construction, or engineering.
Required License(s)/Certification(s) are listed below:Certification aligned with project management discipline.

Experience with multiple project types (e.g., in-house development, vendor, off-shore) is expected.
Knowledge and experience using multiple project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall) is expected.
Demonstrates an expert level of experience in project management.
Management experience is a plus.
Promotes continuous improvement within the project team.
Communicates effectively with peers, business partners, all levels of management and executives.
Onsite role in Gahnna, candidates must be local.
