Oracle Cloud Supply Planning Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Planning Lead to support a high-tech telecom client. This role will lead end-to-end supply chain planning operations, drive system integrations, and support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning ecosystem.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead the Oracle Cloud Supply Planning team, overseeing end-to-end supply chain planning operations.
• Manage planning activities for a high-tech telecom environment.
• Strong experience in subcontract manufacturing planning.
• Monitor daily planning processes and ensure accurate demand signals are transmitted to global contract manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure planning efficiency and execution.

2. System Integration & Technical Development

• Integrate Oracle Cloud Supply Planning with external ERP systems such as SAP.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between planning systems and Snowflake for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Implement Machine Learning integrations with custom applications to support AI-driven demand forecasting.
• Configure and manage Apache Airflow DAG scheduler for automated workflows and job scheduling.

3. Supply Chain Operations

• Onboard and manage multiple Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners within Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning.
• Execute and analyze multiple supply planning scenarios to compare business outcomes across various dimensions.
• Monitor and validate inbound data files from CM partners and SAP ERP systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve data collection or integration issues.

4. Process Improvement & Automation

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements based on business needs and industry best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Planning implementations/support.
• Experience in high-tech, telecom, or electronics manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing and supply chain planning operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
