Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Deployment Technician to support large-scale hardware rollouts across multiple locations. This role involves hands-on device deployment, travel to various sites, and strict adherence to asset tracking and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute large-scale hardware deployment projects, working as part of a small, mobile team that travels to different client or company sites on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Image, configure, and deploy a variety of devices-including laptops, desktops, and peripherals-ensuring all equipment is properly connected to the network and functioning as expected.
- Perform device setup tasks such as printer mapping, software installation, and basic troubleshooting to ensure readiness for end users.
- Maintain accurate asset records, deployment logs, and configuration details using Microsoft Excel. Update spreadsheets, track inventory status, and document all changes or movements of equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and site contacts to confirm schedules, clarify requirements, and support smooth deployment execution.
- Adhere to established deployment procedures, security policies, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience supporting large-scale hardware deployments, ideally in a role involving frequent travel and on-site technical work.
- Strong technical proficiency in imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops, desktops, and related hardware.
- Solid understanding of network-connected device setup, including printer mapping.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including navigation, data entry, filtering, and updating asset-tracking documents.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small field team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
