Summary

Overview

We are seeking a Computer Repair Technician to join a collaborative Device Repair team supporting a large-scale technology environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong hardware troubleshooting experience who enjoys working in a high-volume setting focused on device repair, deployment, and lifecycle management.
The technician will play a key role in reducing repair backlogs, extending device lifecycles, and ensuring end users have access to reliable technology. This position supports the repair, imaging, configuration, deployment, and inventory management of thousands of endpoint devices.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues on laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices.
  • Perform device imaging, configuration, and deployment activities.
  • Track and maintain inventory of devices, parts, and technology assets.
  • Document repairs, deployments, and asset management activities accurately.
  • Assist with device lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure devices are fully functional before deployment.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve repair turnaround times and reduce backlog.
  • Support high-volume technology operations in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on computer repair experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and operating system issues.
  • Experience with device imaging and deployment processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large enterprise, education, or government environments.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with inventory or asset management systems.
  • Military experience is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
