job summary:

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the

functions of the job. Works independently. Typically reports to a manager. Image and

deploy laptop and workstation systems for the Camp Grayling post. Occasional imaging

and deployment/installation of equipment at other locations throughout the state may be

required.

responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair all program resources for Camp grayling Distance
• Learning Program (DLP). Perform system patching, updates, refresh of operating
• system image.
• Installation of all peripherals, projectors, printers, camera's, sound
• equipment and recording devices.
• Configuring, installation, and support of all video conferencing systems.
• Configuring and maintenance of bridge system for conferencing.
• Manage and coordinate calendars and scheduling tools for Camp Grayling DLC.
• Conduct inventory and document hand receipts for all incoming and outgoing
• equipment.
• Coordinate staff support of all equipment for end users.
• Maintain data to support metric requirements provided to National Guard Bureau program management.
• Schedule and coordinate all audio and video conferences with owned locations and
• distant locations throughout the world.
• Prepare rooms for scheduled video or audio conferences.

qualifications:

Education Required:

High school graduate, college is not necessary but post HS

training in computers is preferred. A+ certification, NW+ certification, preferred,

Security+ required. US Secret clearance is required, applicants not eligible for a secret

clearance are not eligible to work in this environment.

Education Preferred:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science

Additional Information: This position requires an active U.S. Department of Defense

(DoD) Secret Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required by federal regulations for

clearance eligibility.
