Summary
Job Title: Pega Developer / Pega Lead
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Pega PRPC
- Hands-on experience in Pega application development, workflows, and case management
- Strong experience in Pega integrations, activities, data transforms, and decision rules
- Experience in designing scalable enterprise applications using Pega frameworks
- Strong understanding of Pega BPM architecture and best practices
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration services, and database connectivity
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, and Web Technologies
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Mandatory Certifications:
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) – Mandatory
OR - Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) – Highly Preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Banking or Financial domain experience
- Experience with cloud environments and DevOps tools
- Exposure to Pega deployment and production support activities
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Develop workflows, integrations, and reusable components
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards
