Job Overview:
The LAN Administrator will be responsible for providing workstation and field support, including troubleshooting, imaging, and configuring client workstations. This role requires proficiency in Windows 11, Office365 products, and VPN access configuration. The candidate will also support hardware and software installations, diagnose computer issues, and ensure seamless connectivity for clients. Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop technician/administrator support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve imaging issues for PCs, laptops, tough books, tablets, etc.
  • Configure and test client workstations for VPN access using secure token identification.
  • Install and configure software and hardware, including core applications and operating systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot computer issues, including imaging via SCCM.
  • Support cell phones, iPads, HP and OCE printers/plotters.
  • Establish Internet accessibility, TCP/IP addresses, and email accounts.
  • Support various connectivity requirements, including Ethernet and TCP/IP.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Manage workload by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician/Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11, Office365 products, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with imaging via SCCM and handling large volumes of imaging requests.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to address client issues with urgency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to interface with a wide variety of clients and respond to multiple customer requests.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency (Required).
  • Preference for candidates with experience as a LAN administrator in a regulated industry.
