Understanding of content supply chain processes: content creation, asset management, metadata, rights, localization, distribution, and vendor orchestration.

Experience leading largescale change initiatives, ideally in Tech, media, entertainment, retail, ecommerce, or digital content environments.

Conduct readiness assessment to ensure alignment on new configuration or release using Adobe suite

Create recommendations and overall change management plan to scale change management to an always on experience

Potentially stay on to advise as change management plans are executed

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholdermanagement abilities, with demonstrated skill in influencing at all levels.

Nice to Have: Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). [jobed.ai].

 

Total Experience: 10 - 12 years+ Yrs

 

Relevant Experience: Business Analyst with deep expertise in Subscription + Consumption based pricing models

 

Mandatory skills: Adobe AEP Suite, Content Supply Chain Change Management
