Overview:We are looking for a Scrum Master to support our Channel Data Platform & Analytics organization, which includes highly technical teams such as Data Engineering, Mainframe Delivery, and Payment Tracker.This role focuses on guiding teams, improving delivery practices, and ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple groups working on complex data and payment related initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Agile Leadership & Delivery• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure teams follow healthy Agile practices.• Help teams plan sprints, manage priorities, and deliver consistently.• Identify and remove obstacles quickly to keep work moving.Team & Cross Group Coordination• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear, actionable backlog.• Coordinate with multiple technical teams to manage dependencies and timelines.• Support communication between engineering teams, business partners, and leadership.Supporting Technical Teams• Understand the unique needs of data driven and platform engineering teams, even without writing code.• Help highly technical teams stay focused, reduce blockers, and improve their workflow.• Encourage good practices around planning, quality, and continuous improvement.Continuous Improvement• Track team progress, delivery trends, and engagement metrics.• Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.• Suggest enhancements to processes, ceremonies, and team structure."Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.• Proven experience supporting highly technical engineering teams, ideally in data, platform, or infrastructure environments.• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and how to apply them in complex organizations.• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.• Ability to manage cross team work, shifting priorities, and large backlogs."Desired QualificationsDesired Skills• Experience working with data focused teams (e.g., analytics, data engineering, data platforms).• Exposure to payment systems, transaction processing, or enterprise platforms.• Familiarity with large enterprise environments and multi team Agile delivery.• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM.• Comfort working with geographically distributed teams.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
