Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead sales operations, personally drive sales, build and develop a commissioned sales team, and increase store traffic and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture, appliance, flooring, or home improvement retail sales, with proven experience in recruiting, training, coaching, customer engagement, and closing deals. This position offers a potential career path to General Manager based on sales performance, team development, and readiness to assume broader store responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of selling sales experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager/Sales Leader who personally sells and closes deals.
• Strong sales background in:
• Furniture
• Appliances
• Flooring
• Home improvement
• Automotive
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and managing commissioned sales teams.
• Strong experience with:
• Sales process development
• CRM follow-up
• Lead conversion
• Objection handling
• Closing deals
• Experience with financing options, lead generation, marketing coordination, traffic growth, and revenue improvement.
• Strong sales leadership and team-building abilities, with the potential to transition into a General Manager role.
