Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Architect & Client Engagement Leader who will define, build, and scale our AI Vision and Consulting Practice. This role is not only about delivery — it is about shaping the future of how enterprises adopt AI responsibly, profitably, and at scale.
This leader will operate as a Chief AI Strategist for clients and as a Practice Founder internally, owning:
AI Vision & long-term strategy
Client executive relationships
AI platform and solution architecture
Revenue, profitability, and growth of the AI practice
You will work with CXOs to move organizations from experimentation to enterprise-grade AI transformation, embedding AI into core business processes, products, and decision-making frameworks.
Vision of AI – Strategic Leadership Mandate
Establish a 3–5 year AI Vision & Roadmap for both internal AI practice growth and client transformation journeys.
Define what “AI-first enterprise” means across business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, Engineering).
Move clients from fragmented pilots to platform-led, scalable AI ecosystems.
Architect the Future Enterprise AI Stack
Design enterprise AI reference architectures spanning:
Create modular AI blueprints that can be reused across industries and scaled across multiple clients.
Lead the evolution from point AI solutions → AI platforms → AI-native operating models.
Business-First AI Strategy
Reframe AI as a business capability, not a technology project.
Help clients define AI value chains tied to revenue growth, cost optimization, risk reduction, and competitive advantage.
Design AI operating models: governance, ownership, ethics, ROI measurement, and continuous innovation.
Build outcome-based AI roadmaps tied to KPIs, business cases, and board-level objectives.
Responsible AI & Trust Framework
Establish Responsible AI principles: transparency, fairness, explainability, privacy, and security.
Create AI governance models covering:
Advise boards and executive committees on AI risk management, regulatory readiness, and brand trust implications.
Market & Thought Leadership
Act as the external face of AI vision for the company:
Continuously track AI market evolution (foundation models, open vs closed LLMs, regulation, emerging architectures) and translate trends into commercial offerings.
Shape AI innovation labs, client co-creation models, and strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI platform vendors.
Client Engagement & Consulting Leadership
Serve as AI Transformation Partner to CXOs
Lead enterprise AI programs from vision → strategy → architecture → execution → value realization
Own executive steering committees and transformation governance
Design multi-year AI modernization programs and transformation roadmaps
P&L & Practice Ownership
Build and scale an AI Center of Excellence & Consulting Practice
Own revenue, margins, utilization, growth targets
Create industry-specific AI offerings and accelerators
Drive large deal pursuits and strategic partnerships
Required Qualifications
15+ years in Consulting / Digital Transformation / IT Services
7+ years in AI, Data, Advanced Analytics leadership
Proven P&L ownership or profit-center leadership
Executive-level client engagement experience
Deep knowledge of:
Agentic AI / LLMs / AI platforms
Cloud AI stacks (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Enterprise data platforms
AI governance and regulatory frameworks
Strong commercial acumen with experience in:
Deal shaping
GTM strategy
Executive sales cycles
