Pay Range: $40 - $41/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services
- Performs prior authorization reviews related to BH to determine medical appropriateness in accordance with ABA regulatory guidelines and criteria
- Analyzes BH member data to improve quality and appropriate utilization of services
- Interacts with BH healthcare providers as appropriate to discuss level of care and/or services provided to members receiving Applied Behavior Analysis Services
- Provides education to members and their families regrading ABA and BH utilization process
- Population: Children, teenagers, adults with cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders.
- Develop treatment plans and provide regular counseling sessions with clients and family.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; ABA is must .
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
- We do need the staff to have 2 years of experience with ABA services, as well as the licensing
