We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer to lead the architectural evolution of our Digital Marketplace. You will be responsible for decomposing our services breaking down monolithic barriers to create a highly modular, interoperable ecosystem. A core focus of this role is the design and implementation of MCP and agent based architectures, enabling seamless integration between AI agents, data sources, and enterprise services.

Required Qualifications
•  7+ years of experience in distributed systems, microservices, and API-first design.
•  Proven experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks for connecting AI models to external tools and data.
•  Deep proficiency in Python (FastAPI), TypeScript (Angular), and SQL.
•  Strong experience with AWS deployment, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
•  Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and decompose complex legacy systems into elegant, modular solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
•  Experience building marketplaces or service catalogs for AI agents.
•  Contributions to open-source protocols or distributed systems libraries.
•  Background in building context-aware applications for LLMs.

Key Responsibilities
•  Design and scale the Model Context Protocol (MCP) hub, ensuring robust connectivity between AI agents and diverse service catalogs.
•  Lead the transition from legacy structures to a decentralized, polyglot service architecture that promotes autonomy and rapid deployment.
•  Define and implement protocols for tool-calling, resource sharing, and context management across a distributed marketplace.
•  Develop high-performance FastAPI/Python backends and Angular-based interfaces for managing complex service hierarchies.
•  Architect secure JWT-based authentication flows and ensure the infrastructure can handle high-velocity agentic workflows.
