Mandatory Skills: Jira Administration | Jira Cloud | Cloud Application Migrations

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Jira Software & Jira Service Management
• Configure workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, automation & dashboards
• Manage users, groups, roles and access controls
• Establish Atlassian Cloud governance and best practices
• Lead Jira Server/Data Center → Jira Cloud migrations
• Perform environment discovery and migration assessments
• Develop migration, cutover, rollback plans & runbooks
• Execute migrations using JCMA & CCMA
• Perform post-migration validation, data integrity & performance checks
