Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect – Tableau & Power BI with strong expertise in Tableau and enterprise data visualization/analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable data architecture, BI solutions, dashboards, reporting platforms, and data models.


The candidate must have strong hands-on Tableau experience, along with solid Power BI and data architecture knowledge. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and analytics teams to design and deliver enterprise BI solutions.


Key Responsibilities

·       Design and implement enterprise data architecture supporting BI, analytics, and reporting platforms.

·       Develop and maintain highly scalable Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

·       Provide technical leadership for Tableau architecture, dashboard design, performance optimization, and governance.

·       Design and implement Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and data visualization solutions.

·       Develop robust data models, dimensional models, data marts, and analytical datasets.

·       Work with data engineering teams to define data pipelines and ensure availability of high-quality data for BI platforms.

·       Optimize Tableau and Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.

·       Define standards for BI development, data visualization, security, governance, and deployment.

·       Integrate Tableau/Power BI with enterprise data sources such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, Azure, AWS, and other cloud/data platforms.

·       Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI, data, and performance issues.

·       Establish best practices around Tableau Server/Cloud, Power BI Service, workspaces, access control, and deployment.

·       Collaborate with architects, data engineers, developers, and business teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

·       Strong hands-on Tableau experience – Mandatory

·       5+ years of Tableau development / architecture

·       Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud

·       Tableau dashboard development and performance tuning

·       Tableau data modeling and visualization best practices

·       Strong Power BI experience

·       Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service

·       Data modeling / dimensional modeling

·       SQL / relational databases

·       Enterprise data architecture

·       BI / Analytics architecture

·       Experience working with large-scale datasets

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
