Overview The Business Transformation Analyst II focuses on enabling the successful adoption of enterprise technologies once they are selected. The analyst is not responsible for selecting or building technology; instead, they ensure people understand it, embrace it, and use it effectively. This role blends strong communication, storytelling, and change enablement skills with analytical thinking and a deep curiosity about AI and emerging tools. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand business priorities, articulate value, and promote an "art of the possible" mindset as the organization transforms.
Responsibilities Technology Enablement & Adoption
- Enable the successful adoption of enterprise technologies by ensuring audiences understand the purpose, value, and practical use of new capabilities
- Translate technology decisions into clear, audience-specific enablement strategies
- Identify impacted stakeholder groups and tailor communications, training, and engagement approaches accordingly
- Partner with product, technology, analytics, and change teams to support technology rollouts and sustained usage
- Gather feedback and adoption insights to continuously improve enablement approaches
Communications, Training & Engagement
- Develop and execute communications plans that inform, motivate, and build confidence in new technologies
- Create compelling content such as presentations, narratives, job aids, FAQs, demos, and executive-ready messaging
- Support training efforts by shaping materials and learning experiences that make technology approachable and engaging
- Help leaders communicate change with clarity, consistency, and enthusiasm
AI & Emerging Technology Curiosity
- Explore how AI-enabled tools can improve communications, content creation, training, and enablement efforts
- Experiment with new tools and approaches to accelerate storytelling, insight generation, and audience engagement
- Stay current on emerging trends in AI, analytics, and digital transformation, with a focus on how people adopt and use technology
- Bring forward ideas and experiments that enhance how technology is introduced and experienced across the organization
Collaboration & Influence
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business areas to understand priorities, impacts, and adoption needs
- Serve as a connector between strategy, technology, and people-focused teams
- Promote an "art of the possible" mindset by challenging the status quo and encouraging new ways of working
Qualifications - Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends, products, services, and large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience supporting business transformation, technology adoption, digital journeys, customer experience, or related organizational change initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, human-centered messages that drive understanding and adoption
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced experience creating high-quality deliverables for both executive and user audiences (including presentations and enablement content)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into a compelling, actionable narrative
- Advanced change management skills, including the ability to influence others, set priorities, and operate effectively in environments of constant change
- Proven ability to independently plan, organize, and lead large, complex efforts from concept through execution
- Advanced skill in building alignment, consensus, and trust across diverse stakeholder groups, from junior team members to senior executives
- Strong relationship management skills across multiple business and technology functions, including senior business stakeholders, product owners, journey leads, goal owners, and technical partners
- Experience working within large-scale IT and/or financial services organizations supporting technology-enabled business transformation (e.g., digital platforms, cloud-native solutions, enterprise processes)
- Advanced project management skills and/or experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, analytics, automation, digital tools, and continuous learning, with exposure to emerging technologies preferred
- Proven to bring a highly collaborative, results-driven approach and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
