Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Annuity Insurance and Policy Administration Systems. The ideal candidate should have experience leading end-to-end QA strategy for large insurance transformation programs.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience
- Strong Annuity Insurance domain expertise
- Hands-on experience with ALIP, FAST, or other Annuity Policy Administration Systems
- QA Strategy, Test Planning & QA Governance
- SIT, E2E, Regression & UAT Testing
- API Testing & Test Automation Strategy
- Stakeholder Management
- Insurance / Financial Services background
- Experience leading onsite/offshore QA teams.
