Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Manager to lead Agile teams and drive the successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, ensure Agile best practices are followed, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity and project timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and project status using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and effective communication across teams.
• Support release planning, backlog grooming, and sprint execution activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining Agile standards.
• Identify risks and proactively work with teams to mitigate them.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives and foster a collaborative team culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments as a Scrum Master or Scrum Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing multiple Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
