Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of overall experience, strong Python technical knowledge, and proven Retail domain experience. The ideal candidate will manage complex technical projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional global teams, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end technical project delivery using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and project plans
Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets
Ensure quality delivery of Python-based applications and integrations
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes
Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
Strong hands-on understanding of Python-based systems and architectures
Retail domain experience (e-commerce, POS, supply chain, inventory, order management, merchandising, etc.)
Experience managing distributed/remote teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
PMP / CSM / SAFe certification
Exposure to data analytics or integration projects in retail environments
